1.The color is white translucent; 3M55230H is an easy to operate, universal double-sided adhesive, with durability, good temperature resistance, short-term temperature resistance 120ºC, long-term temperature resistance 90ºC; waterproof, good resilience, strong viscosity.
2.The adhesive strength increases with the increase of the contact area between the adhesive and the adhesive surface, and applying a stable pressure helps in the contact between the adhesive and the adhesive surface, thus increasing the bonding strength. To achieve the best bonding effect, the adhesive surface must be clean and dry, and the optimal temperature range is 21-38ºC. It is suggested that if the initial bonding temperature is lower than 10ºC, it is not suitable for bonding, so the adhesive is too hard to be firmly bonded to the object; however, if the bonding force at low temperature is also satisfactory.
3.In terms of environmental protection, it meets the requirements of ROHS and PFOS regulations, widely used in the processing industry, including rubber strip and rubber and plastic bonding, suitable for refrigerator evaporator and control panel bonding, nameplate bonding, TV, player front panel and other bonding.
