Q:How long is the delivery?
A:Depends on your specific items, nomally 2-3 weeks.
Q:What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A:Please send your sample to our factory,then we can copy or provide you better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimension(Length,Hight,Width),CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.
Q:what's the payment terms?
A: For small value, 100% advance by T/T or Western Union, For big amount orders, 50% T/T in advance and balance before shipment.
Q:If you make poor quality goods,will you refund?
A: Quality is strictly controlled, in any case of quality problem,we will replace or refund.
Q:what is shipping method?
A:Normally by DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT, big batch shipment can be by air or by sea.
