Double Power Workover Rig
The technical advantage of this workover is that the supercapacitor module can be used as the supplementary power supply, and high load operation even in the insufficient capacity of power grid. The basic principle is: the super capacitance absorbs the power of the power grid under the workover, and releases the supercapacitor to supply the frequency conversion motor to make up for the lack of power grid capacity. Without the power supply condition of the oil field, the motor improvement of the workmachine.
Power system: dual power input, the diesel engine adopts Cummins diesel engine to match the BY350 series hydraulic gearbox produced by Guizhou Kaisheng; the electric power adopts 110kW frequency conversion motor after deceleration and twisting through the third gear transmission, input into the transfer box, the transfer box and corner transmission box connection, power input into the winch;
Electric control and energy storage system: it mainly consists of power control cabinet, power transformer, remote operating table, energy storage capacitance interval, etc. The control of electric power system is concentrated on the remote operating table to facilitate the centralized control of drilling drill.
Special chassis: the chassis adopts 6000 + 1350 wheelbase special chassis, and the reasonable layout of diesel engine and hydraulic transmission, frequency conversion motor, etc.
