 Answer: Normally 10-20days depends on the order quantity and requirement.
 
 
Q2: Is it OK to make with customer's brand name/logo?
  Answer: Yes, we can print your logo on the product.
                 If need emboss logo, it will need new mold.
 
 Q3:Payment term
 Answer: 1.30% deposit upon releasing order, 70% balance paid before shipping
            2.As for small amount, it is better to pay 100% in advance to save bank charges

Q5: What's the shipping method:

Q6: What's the freight charge
  Answers: 1.We can use customer's forwarder for shipping.
                  2. We also have long-term cooperated forwarders for  Express(DHL/UPS/Fedex/TNT/Aramex) , and  also for sea & air freight with competitive prices. 
 
 
Q7: Process of order 
 Answers:1.Provide samples for approval if necessary
               2.Make payment for deposit to get the production started
               3.After production finished, the buyer can send 3rd inspector to come to check the quality (we do 100% inspection by ourselves before shipping)
               4.Make balance payment
              5.Arrange for shipping and provide tracking number or shipping documents to buyers. 
 
 
Q8: After-sales service?
 Answer: We take responsibility for any orders. We do 100% inspection during production and before packaging.
