1. Visual detection: The yoke has a camera that can be connected to a mobile phone for real-time viewing, photography, and video recording. Related detection pictures can be stored in the client for easy recording and management;
2. The magnetic mark defect auxiliary identification function can upload the image of the workpiece being detected to the client APP in real time. The client APP will compare and analyze the detected image with the database. If a defect is found, the client APP will issue a voice alarm. And automatically mark the defect location in the image.
3. After the mobile APP is opened, it can automatically connect to the camera of the flaw detector for image collection. If there is an abnormality in the connection, you can debug it through the reset button of the flaw detector itself;
4. Automatic standby and shutdown functions, safe and power-saving;
5. Removable power supply, quick to disassemble and install, and can be replaced in 5 seconds;
6. The power supply and magnetic yoke of the flaw detector adopt humanized design:
The instrument is designed in line with ergonomic mechanics and feels comfortable in the hand, which can reduce the fatigue of the inspection personnel. A wrist strap can be worn on the yoke to prevent it from falling;
7. Dual battery and dual charging. It comes standard with 2 sets of flaw detector power supplies and 2 chargers, one can be used and one can be charged, and two flaw detector power supplies can be charged at the same time;
8. Automatic no-load identification and software control protection, automatic current adjustment to prevent overload damage to the instrument. It has a constant magnet function. In addition, it automatically cuts off the power when the battery is insufficient and the lifting force decreases to ensure flaw detection sensitivity;
