The consumables are digital UV ink and printing heads. The max. speed could be 60 meters per minute.

Each single pass could allows 10-180 micro varnish coating.
Using the unique UV inkjet printing technology, the crystal clear polymer varnish is tightly adhered, stable in nature, full in shape, and durable and compliant. Embossed characters and graphics permanetly maintain a clear outline and will not be deformed.


Digital cold foil workflow, high precision, less wasteage. Stick the foil on the varnished area. Allow foil stamping on opp/pet film. The same height of foil staping as varnish.
The min. varnishing layer could be 10μm by one pass with normal UV varnish.
The maximum thickness of the varnish layer is 150 μm, by one pass with normal UV varnish. But if customer needs to achieve braille printing, which is common in European society, with special UV varnish, the one pass can make 170μm height and can make two pass to achieve max 350 μm height.
