Dingang/Senruida has been a professional manufacturer and experienced exporter of new material,focuses on R&D,manufacturing,processing high-end roller-coating aluminium coil material products since 2002.
For the past decades,we've been growing rapidly in the industry,owning two plants of 160,000 SQM,with eight large automatic roller coating lines for aluminium sheet material products.In addition,we have stretching-bending rectifier,cleaning,draw bench,embossing,cross-cutting and vertical slitting machines.With an annual deep processing capacity of more than 20,000 tons. Over 300 skillful workers,with over 200 major projects completed worldwide,our workers pride themselves in production high quality products and taking on projects with a high level of difficulty in fabrication and coating.

Embossed Color Coated Aluminium Coil details:
1) The paint of embossed aluminium coil: PVDF(mainly), PE
2) Thickness of total coating: PVDF: More then 25 micron; PE, more then 18 micron.
3) Paint: PPG or Nippon.
4) Interior diameter: 405mm or 505mm
5) Width of embossed aluminium coil: From 30mm-1200mm, sheets are also available
6) Color: Panton, RAL or refer to customers' counter sample.
7) Coating hardness: (pencil hardness) more than 2H
8) Impact resistance: No cracking and peeling(50kg/cm, ASTMD-2794: 1993)
9) Flexibility(T-bend): No more than 2T
10) MEK resistance: More than 100
The base of embossed aluminium coil details:
1) Temper of embossed Aluminium Coil: H14, H16, H18, H24, etc.
2) Alloy of embossed Aluminium Coil: 1100, 1050, 3003, manily
3) Origin: China
4) MOQ: 5 tons each size
5) Lead Time of embossed Aluminium Coil: Within 20 days
6) The term of payment: T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight
