----We are 10 years production experience factory. Our factory, office and showroom is located in Gaomi city, Shandong province. Welcome to visit us.

----For RTS is 1 pair, for customization is 200 pairs.

3. Question: Is it possible to order the RTS product with my logo? Is the price the same as displayed? 
----All the RTS products cann be customized on the logo, apprearance and package. MOQ is 200 pairs, but price need to rechecked.

4. Question: Can I ask one pair free sample safety shoes?
----Yes, we can send you free sample. We are business partner with DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS etc. Customer bear the shipping charge.

5. Question: Can you produce safety shoes with our logo?

----Yes, we accept to do OEM shoes. Please send us your logo design, our designer will develop your logo on your safety shoe professionally.

6. Question: Do you have CE certificate, we need it to clear custom?
----All of our safety shoes can be tested or certified with CE certificate/ ASTM certificate. We have cooperated with different labs, including TUV from Germany, CTC from France, SGS from UK etc.

7. Question: What is your payment, how can we pay you?
----Our company can accept both T/T, and L/C payment. If you have any other payment requirements, please contact us freely.

8. Question: What is the quality guarantee period?
----All our safety shoes are offered 3 months quality guarantee after shipping. If the safety shoes are broken within 3 months, we will compensate customer freely in next order.
