The MBZ high clean energy-saving direct hot air furnace is composed of a feeding system (the above feeding system is not this solution), an MBL burner, a high temperature gas purifying chamber, a mixed air chamber and so on. The fuel is added to the hopper at one end of the burner through the loading, and the layer of a certain height is sent to the combustion chamber of the burner at a constant speed by the chain grate. The high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion is ejected from the side of the burner to the high temperature purifying chamber.
The high-temperature gas purifying chamber is made of refractory material, and the high-temperature flue gas is subjected to secondary combustion in the purification chamber, and a small amount of dust entrained in the combustion process is polymerized and settled in the purification chamber. The hot air from the clean room at a temperature of about 800ºC is mixed with a certain amount of cold air, and the hot air mixed at the temperature required for the process enters the drying device to dry the product. The hot air temperature and heat supply can be adjusted according to the process requirements, and the continuous supply air temperature stability is ±10 °C. The burned slag is discharged from the other end of the burner to the slag discharge machine and transported away by the cart (or additional slag driving), so need high temp furnace generator, please consult MBZ.
