Technical Features
1. Axial displacement of warping table is control by accurate servo motor. Start point and section location can be set automatically.
2. Space reed and section are kept in equidistance which is optional .
3. Warping brake is clamp type. Beaming brake is external steel strip damping type, which eliminates the noise and uneven tension problems occured in traditional.
4. It is equipped with microcomputer and PLC, with function of total length count, roll lenth count, section count, broken end memory and stop motion of full total length or warp, etc.
5. Touch screen shows info clearly, easy to operate.
6. Section tension is constant during warping and beaming.
7. Steel cone with angle 1:6.3 is good for kinds of warping.
8. Wax and pressure device are optional for beaming machine.
9. Creel number and pitch are as your requirements
10. Warp stop motion and static eliminator are optional.
