Introduction of Disc Organic fertilizer granuling machine :
This disc granulator is a kind of fertilizer equipment, mainly used to process fertilizers into specific shapes. Particles processed by this granulator are of the same size. This disc granulator has the features of simple structure, high granulating efficiency, reliable performance, easy operation, and longer service life, etc. This disc granulator is widely used in gold concentrator, coal mine, chemical plant, construction and foundry for quantitative and even feeding, and also suitable for conveying of materials with granularity less than50mm.
Working Principles of Disc Organic fertilizer granuling machine :
1.The pulley and the belt are driven by the main motor and the pinion is driven by the reduction gear.
2.The pinion gear is split with the large gear fixed at the bottom of the disc, and they mesh with each other and work in opposite directions.
3.The large gear is mounted on the granulation disc fixed on the frame adjustment plate through a professionally designed tapered hole.
4.The granulation disc is continuously rotated, and the spray device is used to evenly bond the materials together to form a spherical shape.
5.In addition, an automatic material feeding system is designed on the upper part of the granulation tray to prevent the material from sticking to the wall, thereby greatly improving the service life of the machine.
6.As the motor continuously rotates and the material continuously enters, mass production can be realized to meet the needs of the user.
