DISPERSANT 2000 is is a 100% active content polymeric dispersant developed for the screen ink

application. It exhibits good grinding and dispersing ability especially for carbon black and for

organic pigment in general. It allows for higher pigment loading while maintaining the flow and

stability.

Physical and Chemical properties:

Use:

1) Screen printing ink, Solvent-based industrial ink, paint.

2) Good compatibility with PU, polyester and acrylic resin.

Dosage:

Pigment wt % of active content

Organic Pigment 8-12%

Carbon Black 10-20%

High surface area Carbon Black 40-60%

Order of addition:

Mix DISPERSANT 2000 into the millbase.

Add pigments and disperse in the usual routine
