DISPERSANT 5200 is is a a 100% active content polymeric dispersant developed for the solvent-base paint,ink application. It exhibits good grinding and dispersing ability especially for carbon black and for organic pigment in general. It has good effect to reduce viscosity.

Physical and Chemical properties:

Use:

1) Disperse organic pigment,Carbon black in automotive paint,Industrial paint,Plastic coating,Wood coating.It has good effect for pigment red 177.

2) Disperse organic pigment,Carbon black in printing ink

Dosage:

Pigment wt % of active content

Organic Pigment 7-15%

Carbon Black 10-20%

High surface area Carbon Black 40-80%

Order of addition:

Mix DISPERSANT 5200 into the millbase.

Add pigments and disperse in the usual routine
