A: We are cooperating with CTC, SATRA and TUV test labs for many years. Most gloves with CE certificates (EN420, EN388, EN511,EN374) .

A: Yes, you can mix different items in an order, but it is subject that you should reach minimum quantity of each item.

A: Based on different item, delivery time varies according to quantity and sales season. The production within 15-45 days after receiving down payment or L/C at sight and samples approval.
Q: Can you accept OEM/ODM business?
A: Yes, on most occasions we make production according to your design and request. DONGDI also welcome worldwide OEM/ODM business with private brand or labels.
Q: Can I ask Special Packing?
A: Yes, DONGDI is willing to provide special packing subject to your bearing extra packing charge.
Q: Are all items shown on website from stock?
A: Some of items on hot sales are available in stock, we will confirm if your ordered items are available once getting your order.
Q: Can I order samples?
A: Yes, you can order samples for evaluation, but it is subject to following terms:
1. The sample is available in stock.
2. We will charge sample fee and shipping cost.
Q: Can you send me a catalogue?
A: As we update products almost every month, so at present we can not provide you the newest paper catalogue, but you download E-catalogue on the link.
Q: What about Shipping Cost?
A: Shipping cost varies as per different products, quantity and shipping method, you can check basic shipping cost when you browse products online after you login website. The exact shipping cost will be confirmed after you specify products and quantity.
Q: How to arrange Shipping?
A: You can make shipping by yourself and advise us the contact information of the forwarder agent in China before production completion, or you can ask DONGDI to arrange shipping on behalf of yourself subject to your prepaid freight before shipping.
Q:How to cover Insurance?
A: If you want to cover insurance on shipment, you can arrange insurance by yourself or ask DONGDI to do this on behalf of yourself subject to your prepaid premium before shipping.
Q: I don't find the items I need, what can I do?
A: We have more than 1000 pcs different items in database, we only show a part of them online, if you could not find preference items, please send us inquiry with your detailed specifications and, design and request, we will send you product information by E-catalogue as per your preference.
Q: What country can you arrange shipping to?
A: We can arrange shipping everywhere as per your request, we will quote you exact shipping cost once you confirm order quantity, shipping method and detailed address
