APPLICATION
INSTRUCTION
1. Open and aseptically remove the sterile swab from its package.
2. Vigorously swab the back of the throat around the tonsillar area.
3. Remove the cap from the vial and insert the swab in the medium.
4. Snap the swab at the breakpoint to fit in the tube and screw the cap tightly.
5. Label with appropriate patient information.
6. Place specimen in the biohazard bag and seal bag.
