PekyBio brand serological pipets are manufactured from optically clear polystyrene in a class 100,000 cleanroom. Both the pipets and individual wrappers are color coded for easy volume identification. Available in 1mL, 2mL, 5mL, 10mL, 25mL and 50mL.
Gamma irradiated to SAL 10-⁶, certified free from DNase, RNase, and Pyrogens.

Q: How about your price?
A: As a manufacturer, we normally provide the most favorable prices with our distributors. 
Of course, the more quantities, the better prices. We accept small profit but more sales. 
BTW, prices are not only the unit price of product, it should also include service before and after sales, stable quality, lead time, how to solve customer complaint, and etc.
Price should be Valuable, should be Win-Win.


Q: May i have your samples for testing?
A: Sure. We understand your situations.
If we are buyers, we also wanna to test the quality to see whether it's a suitable product we will promote.
We would like to provide free samples for your testing, but the freight is supposed to pay by customers, which can be deducted in future orders.
After test our samples, good or not , please share testing results that we can go ahead about offical PO or improve the quality and re-send samples to fulfill requirements.


Q: How about your lead time?
A: Normally, we are able to finish the production around 3-4 weeks after confirm the PO.
It would be better to check with our sales when we discuss the order.
 

Q: How about your shipping ability?

Q: How to solve the customer complaint?
A: When you receive a complaint, please let your customer provide pictures, video, Lot Number, and experimental conditions when they find some problem. We will show these information to our QC team to make sure our Lab do the same experiment with the same Lot sample, which will help us find the reason, and provide a suitable solution.
