Plastic pall ring packing advantages: light weight, not easy to break, heat resistance,chemical corrosion resistance and so on.plastic pall ring is a new type of packing, which is improved for some main shortcomings of the rasping ring.it is formed by opening eight layers of rectangular small windows on the wall of the ordinary rasping ring.the small window blades overlap in the center of the ring, and the upper and lower surface windows intersect each other.the main difference between it and rasping ring packing is that there is a rectangular window hole on the side wall,and the window blade of the window hole is bent into the ring center.the distribution performance of gas and liquid is greatly improved compared with that of rasping ring due to the opening of the ring wall,especially the inner surface area of the ring can be fully utilized.
