Product Description
Railroad spike, or called track spike, is a large nail with an offset head that is used to secure steel rails and base plates to railway sleepers in the track. Generally speaking, railroad spikes have various shapes serving for different functions, such as dog spike, screw spike, Ss series sleeper screw, square head screw spike, hexagon screw spike, double-head screw spike and so on. Among these various railroad spikes, dog spikes and screw spikes are the most two common types.
The material for railroad spikes production can be carbon steel or stainless steel based on different requirements. According to customers' needs, the surface of the spikes can be plain, black, hot dipped galvanized, or sherardized, etc.

1. Before producing Rail Spike, we will check and test the raw materials. we require suppliers to provide production batch number, chemical composition, mechanical properties and other testing indicators.
2. Our quality control inspectors take sample sampling and batch testing after the process of manufacturing Rail Spike, and provide raw material certificate and other means to control the testing process.
3.According to the different requirements of Rail Spike, we make the corresponding physical and chemical testing and inspection. If the results do not meet our requirements, we will refuse to accept the materials only if they meet our standards.
4. For semi-finished products and their external suppliers of Rail Spike, we often organize quality control coordination meetings and provide technical advice and guidance. Ensure that qualified products are delivered to our customers prior to shipment.
