Product Description

VCI resin is used to process VCI film as one of the main raw materials. Our Masterbatch formulations are Volatile Corrosion Inhibitors (VCI's) added to a Resin.  These VCI Chemicals are heat sensitive and have a water absorbency that require caution in extruding/running, shipping and in storage.

Application

Our VCI masterbatch includes specially for ferrous metals(steel,iron) and for multimetals(ferrous and non-ferrous metals), used for producing VCI films.


Notices for Use

Before processing VCI film, mix the certain proportion of VCI resin with LDPE resin in specific temperature, then extrude VCI film on the extruder.
Our VCI Masterbatch DM-130 has been updated. Now the dosage is only 2%, and a lot of client's cost can be saved!
And it complies with RoHS, SGS, REACH code, and the films manufactured by DM-130 is Homologated By Volkswagen!
