1,Bidirectional sealing design: The forward sealing tightens with increasing pressure, while the unique lip-shaped sealing ring design for reverse sealing forms a breathing cavity at the back of the rubber sealing ring. It ingeniously utilizes reverse pressure water to provide sealing conditions greater than the pressure, ensuring reliable reverse sealing and achieving zero leakage in both directions.
2,Double eccentric design: After the valve is opened to approximately 20 degrees, the rubber sealing ring of the butterfly plate can completely detach from the valve seat, significantly reducing unnecessary squeezing and rubbing between the sealing ring and the valve seat. This reduces the distance for switching force, lowers wear and tear, and enhances the valve's lifespan.
