Scope: Applicable to stably produce Brix 28-30%,36-38%Main Features:1. The evaporator is forced circulating type which can make the tomato paste easily flow and evaporate and shorten the concentrating time .2.Low evaporation temperature ,the heat can be fully used .The heating of paste is mild, the evaporator is heated evenly in the pipe with high heat transfer coefficient, can prevent the occurrence of "dry walls".3.The condenser of special structure is adopted, and it can work normally in the cooling water with temperature of 40degree,or even higher .4.Continuous materials inlet and outlet, and the liquid level of materials and needed concentration can be automatically controlled .
