This is XUANMA MIDDLY 17-19mm Matt Finished double open-end wrench or open spanner, with a different-sized opening at each end. It can be made of chrome-vanadium Steel, and 45# carbon steel. We can produce wrenches with Matte,Mirror,Black,and PVC-coated surfaces upon your request. We have Canvas pouch,Plastic slide card, and carton box for packing. We offer customised solutions. There are 10 well-trained Q.C. staffs at Xuanma. Hardness and torque testing machines are utilized throughout the manufacturing processes to ensure compliance of ISO and GB standards. Seven inspection stands are located at the end of every production process to inspect and control product quality.
