The Double Color Strip Film Blowing Machine is designed to blow different kinds of striped vest bags (shopping bags), Disposable tablecloths etc.using two different plastic materials. The structure of this machine is similar to that of the ABA film blowing machine. It consists of two sets of extruders and one die head. The main difference lies in the internal structure of the die head. The Double Die Head Two-Color Striped Film Blowing Machine is equipped with two screw stems and a cylinder with one die head. It also utilizes the device for two different plastic materials, enabling the production of various striped vest bags, disposable table cloths, and more. This machine is capable of producing colorful bags without the need for printing. Features:
1. The complete machine is composed of two main motors, two cylinders, and a single-layer die head, with feeding done by two cylinders.
Extrusion is done with one die head, one traction, and one rewinding device, which improves the quality of striped film.
2. The screw stem and cylinder are made of high-quality 38CrMoAl alloy steel, which is finely finished and treated with nitrogen for high hardness, strong corrosion resistance, and durability.
3. The die head is plated with hard chrome and has a screw mandrel type structure for more uniform and smooth discharging. The blown plastic film has a fine finish, and the blower with labyrinth structure has more uniform air output.
4. The coiling unit adopts pressure friction rewinding or center rewinding, driven by a torque motor for more uniform and smooth rewinding and easy roll changing.

2. Where is your factory? How can i visit your company?
Our factory is located in Ruian city,zhejiang province, China. Its about 40 minutes from shanghai by plane(4 hours by train). We will pick you up on airport or station.

3. How long is your delivery time?
Normally our delivery time is 15-30 days. If you need it ugently, we can make it about 7 days.

4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept 30% deposit, balance before shipment. And Irrevocable L/C at sight.
 
5. What package do you use for the product?
Be Coated with anti-corrosion oil, and covered with plastic film,  wooden box package need extra cost.
 
6. Does your factory provide installation service?
Our engineer can go to customer factory to installation. Customer should prepare materials used to testing the machine in advance and should be responsible for the cost of supplier's technician, including round air tickets, visa cost, accommodation and salary 100USD/Day per person since the day start out until the day arriving at factory.

7. What's your warranty policy?
12 month guarantee and whole life maintance.
