Working Principles
After the speed control motor is running normally, the materials are evenly added from the feeding box. Then the materials are driven by the spiral rotating blade to move forward in the axial direction. During the advance process, the materials are affected by the changing pitch and the adjustment baffle, thus forming a huge squeezing force. Then the materials are mechanically dehydrated under the action of external force. The water is discharged from outlet through the screen, and the dehydrated materials are discharged at the discharge box.
