A Double Shaft Shredder is mainly composed of a moving knife roller (spindle + blade), stator-knives, a carrying box, box support, a feeding system, a hydraulic push system, a power system, and an electrical control system. Due to its low speed and high torque, it is available for harder or bulkier materials, such as wood, tires, and waste appliances.
Our double shaft shredders have the following features:
1-The blade is made of the high alloy 42CrMo, which has high strength and toughness and is difficult to break.
2-The blades of the K-rotor and D-rotor are made of D2, and the main body is made of 42CrMo.
3-The main electrical components are manufactured by well-known companies.
4-Automatic protection is designed to avoid machine overload and jamming.
5-High torque, low speed, low noise, and high efficiency.
There are 3 types of screens available: standard-rotor,K-rotor (detachable), and KD-rotor (detachable).
