Our Production Line
Jinuoer has introduced advanced large-scale laser cutting equipment, high-precision blades, servo motors, and advanced operating systems, which can control material errors within 0.2mm
The perforation can be completed in one go on the equipment, and the cutting quality is good, the deformation is small, and the appearance is smooth and beautiful. The fully CNC automatic pipe bending machine can automatically realize the cornering, tightening and bending of pipes with high precision and effectively improve the forming of products.
Large-scale through-type sandblasting and shot blasting equipment is used for rust removal. The through-type shot blasting removes rust more thoroughly without dead corners. After rust removal, it enters the dust removal room to remove dust on the surface of the product and then enters the spraying line. The surface of the equipment after spraying has strong adhesion. Smooth surface, not easy to rust
