Moreover, MASCOT lubricants are also suitable for multiwire drawing and annealing process.
MC-2050: A kind of emulsion, water-soluble lubricant for copper heavy and medium wire drawing process, which is made of lubricant additive imported from Germany and the unique copper antioxidant of our company. Its diluent is a kind of light white emulsion.

Features

Used for lubrication of copper heavy and medium wire drawing process. It should use deionized water for dilution (if using running water, it is recommended to do pretreatment). It is suggested to use the following working concentration, it can also be adjusted properly according to different processes.
