Dredging/Sand/Mud Discharge Rubber Hose:
Hose Inner Diameter: 50mm--1000mm, Working Pressure: 5-30 bar, Length: 1-10 meters/piece,
It is used for connecting with dredging PE Pipe or Steel pipe, reduce the swaying which is caused by waves, so that medium can flow smoothly in the pipeline.
Enlarged Ends Type of Dredging Rubber Hose:
This hose is connected with PE Pipe or Steel Pipe by clamp and install very easily.
Suction Dredging Rubber Hose:
Structure:
1. Tube: Black abrasion resistant Natural Rubber
2. Reinforcement: Multiple plies of polyester fabric with a spring steel helix wire.
3. Cover: Neoprene
Suction hose is used with dredger for silt/gravels conveyance. It sucks up the mixture of silt and water using negative pressure. Mostly used with these hoses are the rubber flange/steel backing flange and the Double Action flange. They can be supplied in any size, and depending on application, with 100% vacuum capability and high implosion pressures. For use with gimbals and in the ladder of cutter dredgers we can equip them with small bending radius suction hoses.
Self-Floating Rubber Hose:
Structure:
1. Internal rubber layer: high-quality NR, SBR, BR,
2. Inner rubber layer thickness: 15-45mm
3. Floating layer: PE,
4. Reinforcement layer: strong tire cord and Floating material layer
5. External rubber layer: SBR and CR blend
Floating hose is used with dredgers for silt/gravels conveyance. The suitable conveyance matters are usually mud, clay, fine sand, fine-mid sand and so on.
Features:
1. Outer cover with excellent abrasion resistance and UV protection.
2. Inner cover with excellent abrasion resistance and high quality.
3. Wearing colored indicator layers.
4. Single foam flotation casing to prevent water absorption.
5. Bear the high pressure of work.
6. The size of flange is at customers' request.
7. Bending angle: in working condition, the bending angle is from 0° to 45°.
8. Low center of gravity, strong ability of the anti-wave, good stability.
