JSXGBZJ-GS600 straw packaging machine is the third generation packaging machine from Nanzhu Machinery, which is widely used in the market now. The machine has the advantages of good stability, high capacity, accurate positioning, low energy consumption and high automation, and can be used for packaging PLA, bagasse and other common milk tea straws in the range of 15-27cm. 1. Feeding abnormalities (empty bags are not counted, three empty bags automatically stop after the shaped straws are stuck in the machine)
2. Automatic rejection of empty bags (automatic detection of empty bags and rejection)
3. Film break protection (automatic stop when the packaging film is used up)
4. Color coding tracking and positioning (color coding tracking and positioning of paper or OPP film with patterns)
5. CNC adjustment of length (adjustment of straws within the range of 15-27cm does not require replacement of gear guide wheel)
6. Automatic wrapping of small packages of single straws into large packages
These functions of the machine significantly reduce the pressure of workers at work and reduce labor costs while greatly improving production efficiency.
