Products Features:
1. High speed and Low noise
The poly -vee wheel is located at the end of the roller which separates the drive area and the conveying area making

the conveying smooth, high speed(Maximum speed up to 120m/min) and low noise.
2. Smooth running
The use of precision ball bearings, Polyamide bearing housings and end caps result in very quiet running.
3. Excellent dust and water resistance
The design of the end cap protects the bearings.
4. Robust construction
To obtain an axial fixing of bearing housing, ball bearing and seal against escaping, the bearing housing is not only

pressed into the tube, but also necking treatment .
5. "O-Belt" roller could not solve the problem of weak loading capacity,but this problem could be well solved by

DP2250 Series of poly-vee roller.
6. ISO9982 PJ series poly-vee. Total of 9 grooves at 2.34mm pitch.
7. Temperature range: -5ºC to 40ºC
