This machine is suitable for the leather splitting and skiving for shoe and leather products.
The thickness of the split segments can be adjusted by the handwheel.
The number of thickness shows in digital display, which is easy to see and with high precision.
The minimum thickness split can reach 0.15mm with an accuracy of ±0.05mm.
The alarm light will flash when any door or lid is not closed in place, the dustbin is full, the bandknife wears out to be narrow, or the electric motor is overheated.
Under such circumstances, the machine will stop and remind operator with alarm beeping, which ensures high security.
The leather feeding speed is stepless forwarding.
The speed in digital display can be regulated according to requirement
The knife sharpening adjustment is done by single handwheel.
The upper and lower grinding wheels run synchronized for grinding.
Along with the automatic reset of the bandkife during the grinding process,
the blade geometry of the bandknife remains unchanged, which ensures the best splitting result.
To meet different splitting requirements, there are four models for selection - 320mm, 420mm, 520mm, and 620mm.
 
I. Main Usage
DS-818 Band Knife Splitting Machine is used mainly to split the leather material to be even or thin. The maximum thickness of splitting material can be 8mm, and the maximum width is 420mm. When the leather material purchased for manufacturing the leather products ,such as leather shoes , case and bag ,etc. , is uneven or need splitting to be thin , this machine can be used to meet the above demands.
