1. Pump head

2. Crankcase
Precision casting oxidized crankcase surface, large radiator, with outstanding appearance.
3. Connecting rod
Super alloy material, higher load strength, longer service life, ensuring safe and stable operation.
4. Crankshaft
Precision forging process and hardening treatment ensure crankshaft strength and prolong service life.
5. Plunger
Precision machined hard solid ceramic plunger and thickened SST limit bolt. Longer service life.
6. Water Seal
U-shaped Buna-N material low pressure water seal design enhances pump performance which make pump running at least for 500 hours.
7. Checking Valve
The valve cage is made of special materials that are durable. The valve and spring made of stainless steel, and the valve seat and valve cover made of brass improve the service life. Easy to disassemble and operate.
8. Oil Seal
Better crankcase oil sealing system.
The oil seal is equipped with stainless steel springs to ensure sufficient tension.
The pump has the options of gearbox , belt drive, or coupling drive with electric motor, or gasoline, diesel engine.
