1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Dual-Cavity or Four-Cavity Plastic Conduit PVC Wire Conduit/Pipe/Tube Extrusion Line details:
1. AC motor, ABB frequency speed governor, Japanese RKC temperature controller, Schneider contactor.
2. Screw Nitriding treatment, hardness HV740-940, surface roughness Ra≤ 0.8um.
3. Barrel air-cooled cooling method, nitriding depth of 0.5- 0.7mm, hardness of HV860 or more, the surface roughness Ra ≤ 1.6um.
4. Die head material, High quality steel by quenching and tempering. Structure, Where contact with the materials hard chrome plating. Bolts level, 12.9 high strength bolts.
5. Two Vacuum calibration tank material: Stainless steel.
6. Double Caterpillar adjusting method: Pneumatic compress device.
7. Double cutter: Most cutting times, 20 times/min; With strong waste clean device. Equipped with a meter installation, meter size is accurate.
8. Double stacker: Pneumatic flip, soft rubber, to prevent pipe surface scratch.
9. All electrical parts adopt world famous brand product.

2. MAIN FEATURES
1) Double screw extruder
adopts long L/D, high efficiency screw, high extrusion capacity, uniformed plasticization. Extruder and haul off machine motors adopt imported AC/DC inverter as speed regulators.
2) Extrusion die head
is spiral type, good calibrating makes good quality pipe production.
Inner heating system, high efficient, easy extrusion. Bronze calibrators can make the pipes fast calibrated and cooled.
3) Vacuum calibrating tank and water spraying cooling tank
adopts advanced water circulation, high pressure cooling system, installed with vacuum degree adjusting device and automatic water temperature and water level controlling system.
4) Haul off machine
adopts caterpillar type, which includes two-claw types, three-claw types, four-claw types, six-claw types, eight -claw types, ten-claw types, twelve-claw types etc, suitable for different sizes of pipes.
5) Cutting machine
Non-scraped cutting, saw cutting or planetary cutting can be applied, accurate cutting, reliable property, high efficiency. Meter-counting device is also installed.
