Product Description
APTD series double pipe tester can test two pipes in one working cycle.
Tester adopts double tensile beams.
Filling head adopts fixed stroke structure.
Venting head adopts balance cylinder structure.
Clamp is driven by oil cylinder and has two 'V'jaws and one moving plate. If Z/Y≤3, with the change of pipes' size, clamp would adjust to the pipe size automatically and no need to change anything. If Z/Y>3, with the change of pipes' size, the two jaws of clamp should be changed too.
The system is equipped with two separate pressures building up systems,detecting systems,delivers stable and high speed performance.

Length tolerance of same lot: ±300mm
Test speed(holding time:5s):Φ73×12±0.02m×69MPa, Max 140pcs/h
