1. This lathe is a dual-spindle dual-turret milling machine with a 45° overall inclined bed, a large guideway span, and roller guides to ensure high cutting rigidity and stability;

2. The bed adopts a double-sided overall 45° structure, with a low center of gravity and a large cross-sectional area, excellent rigidity, vibration reduction, stability, and chip removal performance;

3. The main and auxiliary spindles use built-in high-torque synchronous spindle motors of the same specifications. The main and auxiliary spindles have the same processing capabilities, and can ensure good processing performance at all speeds. The two spindles can quickly dock the workpiece, and only one clamping is required to complete two-sequence processing, which is efficient and convenient;

4. The high-rigidity Y-axis structure is stable and reliable, which can realize turning and milling composite processing and improve processing efficiency;

5. The cooling system adopts a high-lift pump with large flow and high pressure, which can obtain satisfactory chip cleaning and cooling effects;

6. The feed axis drive adopts a high-performance AC servo motor with high positioning accuracy, flexible and reliable movement;

7. The automatic centralized lubrication device is adopted, and the lubricating medium is grease, which is fully and reliably lubricated and environmentally friendly;

8. Equipped with two 12-position power turret tool holders, it can be used for turning and milling composite processing. It can realize two-way rapid automatic tool change nearby; the tool holder adopts BMT structure, which has the characteristics of high strength, high rigidity, high repeatability and easy replacement;
