Description:
Our KM-200T series is master level used to check the straightness of the slide ways of all machine tools and other equipment
and correctness of horizontal and vertical installing positions. We supply sizes from 150mm, 200mm, 250mm and 300mm,
with graduation 0.02mm/m and 0.05mm/m for optional.
Our master level consists of main body bubble tube, sub-bubble tube and zero adjusting device also can separate into adjustable type
and fixing type. The adjustable type can adjust zero position that use main bubble tube, using this type is very easy and convenient.
After check the zero position of fixing type level, the main spirit level is fixed with the main body, zero position is stable and reliable.

Precautions:
1. Before use, check whether there are no stains on the working surface and wipe the working surface dry.
2. Before use, it is also necessary to check whether there are scratches, burrs, rust and other phenomena on the measuring surface,
if so, it may affect the measured value. At this time, the spirit master level should be replaced with a new one. If you want to read,
you should wait until all the bubbles are still.
3. Before measuring, check whether there is any abnormality in the zero position, and if there is an abnormality,
should adjust the zero position to the precise position. If the spirit master level is fixed, it should be repaired.
Since the liquid in the glass tube of the spirit level is easily affected by the surrounding temperature,
it is recommended that you must prevent the temperature of your hands, the exhalation temperature of your mouth,
and the temperature of the sun from affecting the level.
4. During use, should stand in a position that is perpendicular to the spirit level to make readings, so as to avoid your own visual error
affecting the accuracy of the final reading.
