Product Description

ABS plastic pipes are a new material with nominal pressure ranging from 0.6 to 1.6 MPa and a linear expansion coefficient of 0.9 mm/(m·C). They are connected via flanges and adhesive bonding. The pipes have low flow friction, reducing fluid resistance and pump horsepower. They exhibit good impact resistance and mechanical strength, only undergoing ductile deformation upon sudden impact.

The pipes have a working pressure of 1.0 MPa at 20°C, with a range of 0.6-1.12 MPa. They are suitable for temperatures from -20°C to 70°C. The pipes are lightweight, being 1/7 the weight of steel, which reduces structural weight and labor intensity, saving on raw materials and project costs. They have a long lifespan, lasting up to 50 years indoors, and even longer when buried underground or underwater.

The installation of ABS plastic pipes uses a socket connection with solvent adhesive for sealing. This method is simple, with fast curing and high adhesive strength.
