The lubrication pump has a fully steel pump body structure, suitable for harsh environmental conditions.
The oil pressure device is a scraper plate.
Each grease outlet can be directly connected to a lubrication point or independently connected to a progressive distributor.
Applicable lubricating oil range (at standard temperature): lubricating oil ≥ N68 #, lubricating grease NLGL000-2.
Please use a fuel gun or dispenser to add grease to the lubrication pump oil storage tank to prevent impurities and air from entering the lubrication system, thereby improving the effectiveness of the lubrication system.
With a handle, lubricating oil can be delivered by simple manual reciprocating operation without complex electrical control or expertise.
The structure is relatively simple, there are no complex electronic components and power systems, the difficulty of troubleshooting and maintenance when failure occurs is low, and the maintenance cost is also low.
The working environment is not high, can work normally in the case of no power supply or unstable power supply, suitable for a variety of industrial scenarios.
