These rollers are designed, selected, manufactured, inspected, and packaged strictly according to international standards (DIN) to ensure product quality and reliability. The designed service life of the rollers exceeds 50,000 hours, meeting the diverse needs of different customers.
Product Advantages
- Steel Pipe: Made from special high-frequency welded steel pipes, and processed with precision rolling to ensure the outer diameter, wall thickness, bending degree, and ovality meet the requirements, ensuring minimal radial runout of the idler roller.
- Shaft: Made from cold-drawn polished shafts, featuring high strength, high hardness, high wear resistance, and high corrosion resistance, ensuring stability in axial displacement and axial load.
- Bearing: Uses internationally renowned brand bearings, characterized by low resistance, good alignment performance, and long lifespan.
- Bearing Housing: Made from hot-rolled pickled steel plates, with high precision and good coaxiality.
- Seal: Adopts a special labyrinth seal design, featuring dustproof, waterproof, and deformation-resistant properties. The seal is well-pressured, extending the service life of the idler roller.
- Lubricating Grease: The oil seals and bearings are filled with No. 2 or No. 3 lithium-based grease, providing excellent waterproofing, heat resistance, and durability. For special environments, low-temperature grease is used to ensure the rollers can operate effectively even in environments as cold as -40°C.
- Surface Treatment: The steel pipe undergoes special rust removal processes with professional equipment to increase the adhesion of the coating material. The coating thickness is ensured, using special acid- and alkali-resistant, hard and wear-resistant coating materials, available in different colors.
- Rust Prevention and Packaging: The shaft ends are treated for rust prevention or fitted with shaft sleeves. Based on customers' requirements for rainproof, moisture-proof, and stacking height during transportation, we offer bare packaging with bundling, pallet packaging, wooden box packaging, iron box packaging, or custom packaging.
