Usage:
The pulse valve acts as the compressed air 'switch' in the dust spraying system of the pulse bag dust collector. Controlled by the pulse injection controller's output signal, it sequentially cleans the filter bags row by row (or chamber by chamber). This process ensures that the resistance of the dust collector remains within the set range, thereby maintaining optimal processing capacity and dust collection efficiency.
The Z-type electromagnetic pulse valve is a right-angle valve with a 90-degree angle between the inlet and outlet. It is ideal for connecting the gas dome to the baghouse blow tube, ensuring efficient air flow and dust cleaning pulses that meet the system's requirements.
The Y-type electromagnetic pulse valve is designed for embedded installations and is directly installed in the gas bag. It offers superior flow characteristics and reduced pressure losses, making it ideal for applications with lower pressure gas sources.
The T-type electromagnetic pulse valve is a straight valve with a 180-degree angle between the inlet and outlet. It is suitable for connections between the inlet and gas dome, and the outlet and blow tube, ensuring excellent air flow and effective dust cleaning pulses.
Structure:
The pulse valve consists of a valve body, coil, diaphragm, pilot, and spring. The valve body is constructed from high-quality alloy aluminum.
