Durable Flue Gas Filter System High Filtration Temperature for Polysilicon

The flue gas is usually entrained with a large amount of dust, and directly discharge will cause serious air pollution. The pressure of flue gas emission is usually not high and unable to pass ordinary filter elements. Sintered metal fiber felt cartridge produced by Shinkai has the advantages of high porosity and low flow resistance, which can meet the requirements of flue gas filtration. Sometimes, high filtration temperatures are required to avoid undesirable condensation or desublimation reactions. These reactions would result in fouling and blocking of filters or in pollution of products. The use of hot gas filters has gained significant interest over the last years.
