Product Description
There are two types of swivel join: long radius and short radius. The long radius swivel joint has a smooth diameter, which can reduce the resistance of liquid passing through to a smaller extent. The fluid has better resistance to erosion and corrosion of the wall thickness at the turning point than the short radius. However, sometimes due to limitations in on-site installation space or low pressure, the short radius is also used.
Rotary joints can be used for standard or acid H2S trimming. The rotary joint manufactured for H2S services fully complies with the updated NACE standard MR-01-75.
The activity joint blank bending is formed on a CNC machine tool, with uniform wall thickness and long service life. The wall thickness difference at the inner and outer arcs meets FMC standards, and the appearance quality can be comparable to foreign blanks;
The three ball track design of the swivel joint can more effectively withstand heavy and radial loads, making it stable under pressure and less vibrating in the pipeline when subjected to variable loads;
