To obtain an accurate quote for your desired carton, please provide material specifications, carton dimensions, printing and processing requirements, quantity, and any other relevant details. For uncertain material specifics, send us a 10cm x 10cm sample to ensure precise pricing.

1. How to measure the box?
The correct order for box dimensions is length x width x height. Position the open end of the gift box directly in front of you.
Length is measured from left to right on the open end. Width is the shortest open end dimension from front to back.
Height is measured from top to bottom.

2. How soon can I receive the quote?
For most items, once we know the style, size, board type, printing requirements, and quantity of the gift box, we can provide you with a quote within 24 hours.

3. How long will it take to receive my product?
Typically, we need about 2 weeks to produce your custom-designed and printed products. (Complex technology and large orders require real-time communication)

4. Can I have custom designed and manufactured boxes?
We are a custom shop, tailoring each project to the unique needs of our clients. All our boxes are custom-made according to your artwork and packaging specifications.

5.Plain and stock samples are free of charge, though freight is collected. Custom-printed samples are charged based on your design.
Printed sample fee: approximately 200 USD per design.
Sample production time: approximately 7 days.
