Recommended Operational Temperature: Versatile performance with choices of ≤1000°C, ≤1200°C, ≤1300°C, ≤1400°C, and ≤1500°C. Density: A formidable 180 kg/m³ ensures consistent support. Characteristic Features: Delight in low thermal conductivity and a smooth, regular density. Enjoy its precise thickness, remarkable flexibility, and effective sound absorption capabilities. Easily customized into intricate shapes, it boasts superior tensile strength. Lightweight, with outstanding thermal stability and negligible shrinkage, it is precision-engineered for excellence. Chemical Composition: A robust blend featuring Alumina, AlO ≥45%, Silica, SiO ≥52%, and Zirconia, ZrO ≥13%. Thermal Conductivity: At 400°C - 0.10 W/m.k, 600°C - 0.13 W/m.k, 800°C - 0.19 W/m.k, 1000°C - 0.16 W/m.k, and 1200°C - 0.22 W/m.k, ensuring superior energy efficiency. Heating Wire Shrinkage (°Cx24H): Experience minimal shrinkage with ≤3% at 1000°C, ≤3.5% at 1200°C, ≤4% at 1400°C, and ≤4% at 1500°C. Tensile Strength: Dependable performance with strengths of 0.6 Mpa, 0.2 Mpa, and 0.25 Mpa. Loss on Ignition: A negligible ≤5%.
