Stunning Exterior Finish
Gleaming Gel Coat. 15 mils (± .003") of a silky, high gloss gel coat meticulously crafted to provide outstanding weathering abilities and remarkable resistance to UV degradation.All premium gel coats are engineered to ensure excellent flexibility, are resistant against acids and alkalis, and when adequately prepared, they readilyaccept decals and a broad spectrum of paints.
Refined Interior Finishes
Standard - Transparent Film.
A sophisticated transparent film is seamlessly laminated to the interior surface during the
panel production process. This heat-sealable film effectively covers typical porosity and delivers a surface that is significantly easier to maintain than bare resin surfaces.
Optional - Resin Surface for Specific Applications.
For scenarios demanding sanding, laminating, or bonding to the interior
panel surface, upon request, Yangzhou Hengyi can omit the clear film application. A white pigmented polyester resin will serve as the final interior finish, maintaining surface porosity.
Optional - Protective Gel Coat.
For enhanced protection against moisture,
Yangzhou Hengyican apply 15 mils (± .003") of a lustrous gel coat to the interior surface for special orders.
