2. Warehousing
After cutting, the printing materials are systematically loaded onto sturdy plastic pallets, ready for direct storage. This ensures they are primed and accessible for the subsequent stages of the printing process.

The pre-cut paper is fed seamlessly into the intake platform of the printing unit to initiate the printing operation. As one pallet nears depletion, an insertion pole (steel tube included with the equipment) is carefully threaded through the pallet's groove to elevate the remaining stack. The plastic pallet is then gently lowered and removed via a lifting platform mechanism. A fresh pallet is swiftly placed on the platform, which ascends to match the pole's position. The pole withdrawal allows the remaining paper stack from the initial pallet to settle onto the new pallet, effortlessly maintaining an uninterrupted feed.

Once the printing is complete, the printed paper is meticulously received and supported by pallets at the printer's output station. These pallets are subsequently shelved or prepared for subsequent processing steps. For items necessitating a second round of printing, robust ribbed pallets are generally advisable to ensure continuity of the previous print cycle. For all other cases, versatile flat pallets are preferred for their functionality in paper reception.
