Suitable for a multitude of printing applications, they excel in paper transport, placement, circulation, and facilitate seamless, continuous feeding throughout the printing process.

2. Warehousing
The neatly cut printing materials are loaded onto plastic pallets, facilitating direct warehousing with the pallets. This ensures quick and efficient accessibility for subsequent printing processes.

In the printing stage, the meticulously prepared paper is fed into the paper feed platform of the printing machine to commence printing. As one pallet approaches depletion, an insertion pole (a steel tube included with the machine) is expertly positioned into the bottom of the paper via the pallet's groove and placed on the pole holder. At this juncture, the pole elevates the paper, allowing the plastic pallet to be lowered and removed seamlessly using a lifting platform. Subsequently, the next pallet of paper is introduced onto the lifting platform, ascending to the pole level. The pole is then skillfully retracted, allowing the residual paper from the initial pallet to seamlessly transition onto the subsequent pallet, enabling continuous paper feed without interruption.

Once printing is completed, the printed pallets are strategically positioned at the paper output station of the printing machine to receive and safely hold the freshly printed products. These pallets are then either stored for warehousing or efficiently moved to the next processing stage. (Note: For products requiring a second round of printing, ribbed pallets are generally preferred for paper reception to replicate the prior printing process. Otherwise, flat pallets serve the purpose effectively.)
