1.Low-carbon technology: Manufactured by low-carbon process, the whole process reduces carbon emissions by more than 20%.
2.Accuracy requirements: the diameter of the internal defect of the rim shall be within 1 mm, and the deviation of the precision of the fine boring of the wheel shall be less than the diameter of 50% hair.
3.Material control: The oxygen and hydrogen content in steel should be controlled below 15 parts per million and 1.5 parts per million respectively.
4.Low temperature impact toughness: It can withstand the low temperature impact toughness test of minus 60°C.
