A: We are pleased to offer free samples. However, kindly note that the freight charges are to be borne by the buyer.

A: We provide a one-year warranty post-shipment, assuming correct usage. Replacements or refunds will be included in subsequent shipments if necessary.

A: For standard products, we typically deliver within 15 to 30 days post advance payment. For new developments, delivery times vary based on the specific items and order quantities.
Q: What are your terms of delivery?
A: We offer flexible delivery terms including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, FCA, DDU, and DDP.
Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: Payment terms include T/T with 30% as a deposit and 70% against B/L copy or LC at sight. We also accept 100% LC, DP, and OA (note that DP and OA may attract higher costs compared to T/T). Photos of the goods and packaging will be sent before the balance payment.
Q: What is your packing policy?
A: Typically, goods are securely packed in brown cartons and placed in fumigation-free wooden/plywood cases or pallets, unless specified otherwise by the buyer. We can customize packing according to buyer specifications.
Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ is flexible and can be adjusted for different products.
Generally, the minimum order quantity is set at 1 Ton per item.
