What's your MOQ? Different item MOQ differs, please contact us.

Could I have my logo on? Own design? Remind us your design or logo with AI or PS file. The color, position of logo, silk screen printing, debossed or embossed available.

How long can I expect to get the sample? Is there any charge? Please send us the model number of the item. Sample free each model of one, shipping fee on customer charge. Usually 3-5 days to send out, choose DHL, UPS.

How much of my own design? How many of sample charge? Is it possible to refund once placing mass production? Molding and sample fee should depend on your design. Lead time 5 days for sample mold, 10 days for mass production mold. Sample charge fee returns once place order. Refund molding fee based on your orders. Please notice that all samples we send out do not include shipping fee. Hope your understanding!
